Çok samimi ve aşağılayıcıdır; genellikle sohbet dilinde veya hakaret amaçlı kullanılır. Resmi veya hassas durumlarda 'uyuşturucu bağımlısı' gibi tarafsız ifadeler tercih edilmelidir.
