到某人家裡或地方短暫、隨意地拜訪，經常是沒有提前通知的。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

屬口語化，多用於朋友或家人臨時到家裡拜訪。常和“drop by”類似，但“drop over”較強調到別人家。不應與“drop off”（送東西）混淆。
