竜騎兵とは、昔の軍隊で馬に乗っても歩兵としても戦えるよう訓練された兵士。主に機動歩兵や騎兵として使われていました。

「竜騎兵」は主に17〜19世紀のヨーロッパ軍事史の話題で使われる歴史的用語です。現代の兵士や日常会話では使いません。
