「do with」は何かと関係がある、何かを使って対処する、あるいは何かがほしい・必要という意味で、日常会話によく使われます。

使い方：①「～と何の関係があるの？」②「I could do with...」は「～が欲しい・必要」のカジュアル表現、③「～で何したの？」という扱い方。会話でよく耳にします。
