Definition

食事のあとに使ったお皿やコップなどを洗うこと。

日常的な会話や家庭内でよく使われます。「do the laundry（洗濯する）」とは意味が異なります。「食器を洗う」が一般的ですが、「皿洗いをする」とも言います。
