地区や区は、都市や国、組織内で行政や特定の目的で区分けされたエリアを指します。それぞれ独自の管理や役割があります。

「地区」や「区」は行政や都市計画、学校区分などフォーマルな用途に使われます。「近所」（neighborhood）より規模が大きくて公式な区分です。
