使骨頭因受傷等原因脫離關節正常位置，也可以指將某物移出通常的位置。

主要為醫學用詞，常和身體部位搭配，如「脫臼肩膀」。有時可比喻某物錯位，但較少見。不要與「骨折」（斷裂骨頭）或「扭傷」（拉傷韌帶）混淆。
