Quitar oficialmente el derecho de un abogado a ejercer la abogacía, generalmente como castigo por mala conducta.

Término formal y legal, solo usado para abogados. Común en frases como 'ser inhabilitado por...' o 'enfrentar la inhabilitación'. No se aplica a otras profesiones.
