給予指示、管理或控制某項活動或人員；也指引導某人或負責導演電影、戲劇或活動。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
正式和非正式場合皆可用。常見搭配如 'directs traffic'（指揮交通）、'directs a movie'（導演電影）、'directs a team'（領導團隊）。可指管理或創意領導，不要和形容詞 'direct'（直接的）混淆。
