Definition

옷이나 천에 생긴 어둡고 더러운 얼룩, 주로 먼지나 기름 등에서 생긴다.

일상 대화에서 거의 쓰이지 않으며, 문학적이거나 오래된 표현입니다. 주로 옷에 묻은 먼지나 기름의 얼룩을 의미합니다. ‘dingy’(칙칙하다)와 혼동하지 마세요.
