時計や計器などで数字や目盛りを表示する丸い面、または古い電話機で数字を回して入力する部分。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にアナログの時計や計器、ラジオの表示面やツマミ部分に使います。「rotary dial phone」は古い電話機を指します。「tiles」や「files」と間違えないようにしましょう。
