"diagonal" in Arabic

Definition

هو خط أو اتجاه يمتد من زاوية إلى زاوية أخرى في شكل، وليس على الحافة. كما يمكن أن يشير إلى شيء موضوع بشكل مائل وليس رأسيًا أو أفقيًا.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

يُستخدم 'diagonal' كاسم وكنعت (صفة) لوصف خط أو اتجاه مائل، ولا يجب الخلط بينه وبين 'vertical' (رأسي) أو 'horizontal' (أفقي). من الشائع قول 'diagonal line' أو 'move diagonally'.
