假牙是一套用來取代缺失自然牙齒的人工牙齒，通常是可拆卸的。

「假牙」主要指可拆卸的人造牙齒，正式及日常語境皆可用，有時也稱作「活動假牙」。不要與「植牙」（固定式）混淆。
