「densest」は「dense」の最上級で、一つの場所や物の中で最も多くの物や質量が詰まっている様子を表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「densest」は3つ以上のもの（森、都市、人混みなど）を比べるときに使います。「頭が固い」という意味では使いません。
