Definition
কাউকে খুব জোরালোভাবে কিছু চাইতে বা দাবি করতে বোঝায়, বিশেষত যখন সেটি অধিকারের ভিত্তিতে হয়।

ফরমাল বা কর্তৃপক্ষের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'demand from employees'। এটি 'ask' অপেক্ষা অনেক বেশি জোরালো শোনায়; ভদ্র অনুরোধে এড়িয়ে চলুন।
