Definition
যারা আদালতে কোনো অপরাধে অভিযুক্ত বা মামলা হয়েছে এবং নিজেদের পক্ষে সাফাই দিতে হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
শুধু আদালতের প্রক্রিয়ায় ব্যবহৃত হয়; 'plaintiff' (বাদী) থেকে আলাদা; সাধারণ কথোপকথনে ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
