物がゆるくぶら下がって揺れていた様子。比喩的に、誰かを誘惑するために何かを提示する意味でも使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

装飾品・足・物などがゆるくぶら下がっている時に使われます。比喩的に「仕事のオファーをぶら下げる」など、人を誘惑する場合にも使用。かたい表現ではありません。
