डैम्पर वे यांत्रिक उपकरण हैं जो हीटिंग और एयर कंडीशनिंग सिस्टम में वायु प्रवाह को नियंत्रित करते हैं या मशीनों/वाहनों में कंपन को अवशोषित करते हैं।
