ダックスフンドは胴が長く足が短い小型犬の品種です。「ソーセージ犬」とも呼ばれます。

正式には「ダックスフンド」、カジュアルに「ソーセージ犬」とも。英語の「wiener dog」は日本語ではあまり使われません。発音は「ダックスフント」に近いです。
