"Cropping" आमतौर पर फोटो एडिटिंग में unwanted हिस्से को काटने के लिए बोला जाता है। खेती के संदर्भ में "crop rotation" या "multiple cropping" में आता है। "cropping up" (अचानक आ जाना) से मत मिलाएँ।
