クルーナーとは、優しくて感傷的な歌い方をする男性歌手を指し、特に昔のジャズやポップスでよく見られます。

主に1950年代までの男性歌手に使われ、現代のアーティストや女性にはほとんど使いません。「フランク・シナトラ」のようなイメージです。
