誰かや何かの問題点や改善点を指摘する意見やコメントのこと。

フォーマルな場や中立的な文脈でよく使う。'建設的な批判'（有益）、'厳しい批判'（非常に否定的）などのフレーズに使う。人そのものには使わず、行動や作品などに対して使う。
