‘crests’는 언덕, 파도, 물체의 가장 높은 부분이나, 방패나 가문의 상징으로 쓰이는 문장(紋章)을 의미합니다.

지리('산 봉우리'), 물리('파도의 꼭대기'), 동물('닭의 볏'), 가문 상징('family crests')에 자주 사용됩니다. 'crusts'(빵 껍질)와 혼동하지 마세요.
