Definition
সমুদ্র বা মহাসাগরের পাশের জমি। এটি এমন এলাকা যেখানে স্থল এবং পানি মিলিত হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
মূলত ভৌগোলিক বর্ণনা বা প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন 'পূর্ব উপকূল', 'উপকূলীয় এলাকা'। ইংরেজি 'cost' (মূল্য) এর সঙ্গে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
