Definition

এটি কোনো কিছুর চারপাশের আকার বা সীমারেখা। সাধারণত মাটি, ব্যক্তি বা জিনিসের বাহ্যিক আকৃতি বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত বহুবচন হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'the contours of the land', 'facial contours' খুব প্রচলিত। ভূগোল (মানচিত্র), শিল্প ও মেকআপে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'outline' থেকে একটু বেশি নির্দিষ্ট।
