यह क्रिया विशेषण है, अक्सर ऐसे कार्यों के साथ आता है जो बिना रुके चलते हैं (‘काम करना continuously’)। ‘continuously’ और ‘constantly’ में फर्क है—पहला बिना रुकावट, दूसरा बहुत बार होने को दर्शाता है। ‘all the time’ से ज्यादा औपचारिक है।
