각 가구가 개별적으로 소유하는 아파트 단지로, 공용 공간은 모두가 함께 사용하는 주거 형태입니다.

일상적으로 '콘도'라고 줄여 부릅니다. 일반 아파트(임대)와 달리 각 세대가 집을 소유합니다. 부동산 용어나 대화 모두에서 사용됩니다.
