すべての部分が終わり、完了した状態。もう追加や修正が必要ないこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常「be」動詞の後や名詞の前に置かれます（例：'The project is completed'や'a completed form'）。書類・タスク・コースなどでよく使います。日常会話では「finished」もよく使われます。
