শব্দটি শুধু বিচারালয় বা সরকারি প্রক্রিয়ায় ব্যবহৃত হয়; সাধারণ অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে 'অভিযোগকারী' নয়, বরং 'অভিযোগ করা ব্যক্তি' ব্যবহার করুন।
