자신이 불만이나 문제를 특정 사람이나 권위 있는 사람에게 직접 표현하는 것.

'complain to' 다음에는 불만을 전달하는 사람이 온다(예: 'complain to the manager'). 'complain about'는 불평하는 주제에 쓰니 혼동하지 말 것.

If you have a problem, you should complain to your teacher.
