'Come to' puede significar recuperar el conocimiento, llegar a un lugar, o que algo (como una cuenta) sume cierta cantidad.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Muy usado en inglés conversacional para 'recobrar el conocimiento'. En facturas, indica el total: 'the bill comes to'. Puede significar llegar a un lugar, pero es menos común que 'arrive at' o 'get to'. No confundir con 'come to do something' que tiene otro sentido.
