Cavalos machos jovens, geralmente com menos de quatro anos. "Colts" é o plural de "colt".

"Colts" se refere apenas a cavalos machos jovens, não fêmeas (fêmea: "filly"). É um termo formal e do meio rural; também pode ser usado como nome de times esportivos. Não se aplica a cavalos adultos.
