الكوديسيل هو وثيقة رسمية تضاف إلى الوصية لإجراء تغييرات أو إضافة تعليمات جديدة دون الحاجة إلى وصية جديدة.

مصطلح 'ملحق وصية' قانوني ورسمي، ويستخدم فقط عند تعديل الوصية. لا يُستخدم في المحادثات العادية.
