تستخدم لوصف شيء أو شخص قريب في المسافة أو الوقت، أو للتعبير عن علاقة شخصية أو عاطفية قوية.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

تستخدم 'close to' للمسافة أو الوقت أو للعلاقات الشخصية، مثل 'close to the market', 'close to finishing', 'close to my brother'. لا تخلط مع 'closed to' (مغلق أمام).
