clearway 是指禁止任何车辆临时或长时间停车的道路或路段，通常用来保证交通畅通无阻。

多用于英联邦国家（英国、澳大利亚），美国很少使用。指有官方标志、禁止停车的道路。不等同于一般的‘畅通道路’，仅指法律规定的禁停区。
