短くて気軽な会話のこと。対面でも、オンラインのメッセージややり取りも指します。

「chats」は”chat”の複数形で、直接の会話だけでなくLINEやSNSの「グループチャット」「ビデオチャット」などオンライン交流も含みます。フォーマルな会話には使いません。
