خضار بيضاء ذات ساق سميكة ورؤوس زهور متماسكة، تشبه البروكلي وغالباً ما تؤكل مطبوخة أو نيئة.

شائع في الطبخ، وغالباً يُذكر مع 'broccoli' كما في "broccoli and cauliflower". يمكن أكله نيئاً أو مطبوخاً. لا تُخلطه مع الملفوف الأبيض.
