“Caught up” 指趕上他人進度，或深陷於某事、全神貫注於某事。也可以表示忙於某事或心不在焉。

常見用法有'get caught up'（趕上），'be caught up in'（深陷/被吸引），'get caught up with'（和某人更新情況）。正式和非正式場合都能用。不要與“catch up”混淆。
