Definition
党員集会とは、政策を決めたり、候補者を選んだり、行動計画を立てたりするために、政党のメンバーが集まる会議のことです。アメリカの政治でよく使われる言葉です。

主にアメリカの政治で使われます（例：'Iowa caucus'、'party caucus'）。会議は比較的少人数かつ対話的です。「convention」とは異なり、公式な大規模集会ではありません。
