「キャットハウス」とは、性的サービスが売買される場所、すなわち売春宿を示す古いスラング表現です。ごくまれに、多くの猫がいる家を指すこともあります。

とても古くてカジュアルな表現です。冗談や昔の映画、小説などで使われます。現代日本語では使われません。「brothel」が一般的です。
