Tıbbi işlemlerde sıvı vermek veya örnek almak amacıyla damar ya da vücudun başka bir bölgesine ince bir kanül yerleştirmek.

Çok teknik ve tıbbi bir terimdir, günlük konuşmada kullanılmaz. 'Damar kanüllemek' yaygın bir kullanımdır.
