繭是因反覆摩擦或壓力產生的厚硬皮膚，常出現在手或腳上。

「繭」屬於醫學或一般用語，常指因摩擦而在手、腳等部位產生的厚皮。不要與「冷酷的」（無情的）混淆。常見搭配有「長繭」、「去繭」等。
