茧是由于反复摩擦或压迫而形成的皮肤厚硬区，通常出现在手或脚上。

“茧”是医学或普通用语，常指手、脚等因摩擦变硬的皮肤。不要与“冷酷的”（无情的）混淆。常用搭配有“长茧”、“去茧”等。
