でもそのときでもやっぱり

考えが変わったり、予想外のことを言ったりするときに使う表現です。前の発言とは違う視点を加えるときによく使います。

会話でよく使われ、意見や気持ちの変化を表します。「but then」は理由や流れの対比を示すときに使い、「and then」（それから）は時系列の流れです。

I wanted to go out, but then it started raining.

外に行きたかったけど、**でもそのとき**雨が降り始めた。

She was tired, but then she finished all her work.

彼女は疲れていた。**でもやっぱり**全部仕事を終えた。

I thought the test was easy, but then I saw my grade.
