Definition
Tomar aire hacia los pulmones por la nariz o la boca. Es la primera parte del proceso de respiración.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mucho en instrucciones (médicas, yoga, relajación). Suele ir con 'deeply', 'slowly' o indicaciones como 'through your nose'. Normalmente se emplea junto a 'breathe out' (exhalar). 'Inhale' es más formal o técnico.
