보닛은 과거 여성이나 아이들이 썼던 장식용 모자이거나, 자동차 엔진을 덮는 앞부분 뚜껑을 의미합니다(영국 영어).

모자(보닛)은 옛날 스타일로, 현대로 올수록 거의 쓰이지 않습니다. 자동차 보닛은 영국 영어에만 해당합니다.
