boarder 指住在别人家里并为食宿付费的人，或指住在学校的学生。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

多指寄宿学校的学生或支付食宿费用的房客。不要与“border”（边界）混淆。“tenant”更常用于公寓房东和租客之间。
