完全に青ではないが、少し青っぽく見える様子を表す言葉です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「青みがかった」は「青い」ほど強くなく、少しだけ青みがあるとき便利。『青みがかったグレー』『青みがかった肌』など、混ざり色にもよく使う。「完全な青」には使わない。
