'বিহ্বল' বা 'বিভ্রান্ত' সাধারণত মানসিক বিভ্রান্তির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'look befuddled' মানে উদ্ভ্রান্ত দেখানো। সাধারণত শারীরিক বিভ্রান্তির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
