Los ejes son varillas largas o barras que conectan y soportan las ruedas de un vehículo, permitiendo que giren.

'Eje' se utiliza principalmente en contextos automotrices o de maquinaria. Es común hablar de 'eje delantero' y 'eje trasero'. No confundir con 'axis' (línea central), que tiene otro significado.
